Elder Care

As the owner and managing director of Visiting Angels Cleveland since 2002, I direct the organization’s mission to help seniors maintain their independence within their homes, while families can rest assured their loved ones are under the best of care. From my experience caring for my own aging parents, I have a deep appreciation for the need for quality care and understand the importance of holding elder care providers to the highest standards.

My years of experience as both a service provider and parent caretaker give me a well-rounded perspective of the challenges and benefits of elder care.

“Listening to Connie speak on her topic “It’s Time to Pivot! Knowing When to Make Your Next Move” at the recent “Celebrating Women” conference was a powerful experience.  Connie’s eloquent storytelling illustrated the importance of resilience and not being afraid to take a risk when faced with life challenges. By sharing her insights as a female leader, Connie’s experience helped me understand the importance of knowing that sometimes challenges can also bring on significant opportunities – and how to allow myself to be open to pivoting and making a change.”

“Connie was able to captivate the audience and engage all different women to instantly relate to their own stories and begin to share. It takes a certain presence in a room to be able to engage an audience like Connie was able to that day. Her theme of pivoting with a basketball toss forced the audience to interact with her and each other in a purely positive way. I have attended several seminars and had not seen this tactic successful done like this before this break out session. I would highly recommend having Constance Hill-Johnson speak at your next event to experience her positive attitude, hear her compelling story and enjoy her inspiring message.”

“Connie is an engaging, dynamic and impactful speaker. She has a natural teaching approach that fosters effective dialogue among a group, while challenging each individual to have their own “voice of reason” on a topic.”
